How I work, and what it costs
I work as a senior outside resource. In for a defined piece of work, focused on the real problem. Every engagement starts with a conversation, then a discovery, and what follows is shaped by what it finds.
The areas I work across
What you are saying, and to whom. Messaging, positioning, audience clarity, briefing.
How it gets to market. Channels, content, funnels, supplier direction.Whether it is working. Metrics, reporting, CRM, systems.
How the business is set up to do any of this. Alignment, budget logic, who owns what, follow-up, growing existing clients.
The last one is where the most important problems tend to live
Discovery first
During discovery I review your existing sales and marketing channels, your reporting and your systems, and I talk to the people involved to hear what they are dealing with. You come out of it with a clear read on what is going on, what to deal with first and what it will cost you to leave it.
Discovery is priced on the size of the business and the time the work takes. A small business is usually around 3 days/ £2,400. A larger organisation with several teams and channels takes longer and would be costed and agreed to before anything starts.
After discovery, the shape depends on what it finds:
Standalone input, by the hour, half day or full day: £150 an hour, £575 a half day, £1,150 a day.
Workshops to align a team, suppliers or stakeholders, with pre-work, facilitation and a written follow-up: from £2,200.
Project-based senior marketing support for a defined period with a clear finish line, commonly one to three months and longer if needed: from £875 a day.

My free marketing scorecard gives you a quick read on the state of your marketing in a few minutes. After that, a conversation is the easiest way to work out whether I can help.
